The lack of endurance is also an important obstacle to the development of electric vehicles. At present, the cruising range of electric vehicles is generally around 150 kilometers, which obviously cannot meet the needs of people for long-distance driving on highways.
In order to break through the bottleneck of the development of electric vehicles, some car companies are currently using large-scale battery production to further reduce the cost of batteries. Some forecasts point out that by 2020, the cost of lithium batteries for electric vehicles is expected to drop to US$300 kWh. In terms of battery life, you need to look forward to the research and development of new technologies and new materials. Industry insiders pointed out that only by continuously strengthening technological innovation and striving to improve the quality and safety performance of domestic lithium battery products can domestic enterprises be widely used in the field of new energy vehicles.
